Once they were done reading, it was time to start eating.
The Language and Learning (LLD) class at Milltown Primary School performed a Readers Theatre Play and a dance, and then celebrated Thanksgiving.
The lively holiday event was held on Wednesday, November 19, at Milltown.
According to Debbie Shah Patel, the Speech Language Specialist at Milltown, “we enjoyed a delicious feast together and expressed our gratitude for each other !”
“The activities were warm, engaging, and full of joy,” Principal Dr Matt Lembo said. “This was another opportunity for our children to practice our November theme of gratitude, to grow in their social skills, and to practice our appreciation for one another and our school.”
Milltown’s pre-school students and staff also held a Thanksgiving Day feast earlier in the week.
